  Evaluation      Overall, I am impressed with the success of the show and the final outcome . The year came together and worked well as a unified team to pull off a complete 30-minute live production , including graphics and VTs to meet the brief. We continuously pushed ourselves and our abilities to gain as much experience as possible from this process.      There were so many victories through out the overall production which resulted in the crew creating a show we are incredibly proud of. The team came together and formed a crew where people could rely on one another and trust that work would be completed to a high and suitable standard for someone else to progress forward with. I think this came from my attitude as a producer. I was always approachable and friendly so people felt as though they could come to me when they needed help. VT Shoots

  VT Shoots      As a producer for this project with a number of other responsibilities to handle my role in the VT shoots was minimal. When developing the pitch, we planned some VT’s which helped outline the show, these also allowed us to gain commissioning from the panel. As a producer, I worked alongside the VT team to develop these ideas further and workshop any new ideas . There is a dedicated VT production manager who became our main point of contact regarding the team’s development, this also helped me to take a step back from this department while focusing on others.      There were many meetings I held with the VT team , over a number of weeks, to workshop the original ideas and any new ideas which had been developed, this included any ideas they had generated for the commercial breaks.
